Team Coaching Program

Team Coaching enables groups with commons goals to strategize and simultaneously, successfully achieve their purpose. Teams are found in every business. A team could be a partnership of one or more managers or support staff working together with one manager supervising their efforts.

Have your lead or been a contributor to any of these types of teams? Management teams, project teams, production teams, marketing and sales teams, product development teams, employee recruitment teams, mergers and acquisitions teams or another type of team.

Unfortunately, teams encounter roadblocks as they attempt to accomplish goals. Many times, teams do more damage than good. Groups need to learn how to work together as a TEAM. Together Everyone Achieves More. Coaching adds extreme value enabling each member to achieve a higher level of performance. Through team coaching, your mentor can assist your team to align themselves around a vision, purpose and goal. The service helps teams to work with ease and trust in each other and cultivates shared leadership where all members contribute to the task at hand. In addition, team coaching teaches each person how to communicate effectively and to accomplish projects, tasks and assignments that move the business toward greater success.

Your team will meet with your coach three times a month for 30-60 minutes each time to establish goals, develop a step by step plan and a timeframe to accomplish the goals, review completed tasks from the previous week and create an action plan for the upcoming week. We will discuss challenges and concerns that affect the results and review the action plan to be sure it is being followed.

In addition to the weekly sessions, team coaching includes interim email coaching and short coaching calls to help team members sustain momentum. Your team contacts their coach when they most need support and guidance.

The program starts with an initial discovery meeting of approximately one to two hours. Together we will learn about the strengths and weaknesses of your team, discuss the results you want to accomplish and define how we will work together to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be. As we go forward, I will assist you in creating result oriented plans, uncover resources that enhance the team’s skills, and help the team breakdown and create outstanding results.
