Sales Coaching Program

For Sales Managers, Salespeople and Sales Trainees. The program helps executives define and identify your ideal client, create a fail proof strategic sales plan and set and manage sales goals to close more business in less time. You will meet with your coach three times a month for 30-40 minutes each time to establish goals, review the previous weeks sales appointments and create an action plan for the upcoming week. We will discuss challenges and concerns that affect your results and review the sales plan to be sure it is being followed.

In addition to the weekly sessions, your program includes interim email coaching and short coaching calls to help you sustain momentum. You can contact your coach when you most need support and guidance to ensure success.

This program is perfect for new salespeople, struggling salespeople and successful, established salespeople. Your sales coach will push, challenge, and demand more of you to break sales records, make more money, and bring your career to a new level.

Our partnership starts with an initial discovery meeting of approximately one to two hours. Together we will learn about your strengths and weaknesses, design the results you want and define how we will work together to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be. As we go forward, I will assist you in creating result oriented plans, uncover resources that enhance your sales skill, and help you breakdown barriers and achieve outstanding results.

Coaching services includes 3-4 coaching sessions a month. Each coaching session is handled over the phone and lasts between 30-60 minutes. You’ll receive a complimentary strategy session where you will be coached to achieve one significant goal in your life or business within 60 days and an Action Plan to help you achieve that goal. In addition, you will receive a personality assessment and results report and one self-development/success Newsletter for each month of your membership. You’ll also get the "Action Essentials" newsletter revealing strategies and tips for success in your business.
