This program is for the Chief Executive Officer, President, General Manager, Executive Director, owner and other key managers in growing, established and start up businesses.
Organizational coaching delivered to the top executives in a firm can have a significant influence on the bottom line. The focus on action, performance and results produces short-term and long-term benefits that a manager may not accomplish on his own or even with the help of his management team. Studies prove that coaching key players in the business affects everyone in the business.
The result is better communication, stronger relationships between supervisors and employees, improved employee moral, heightened productivity, enhanced customer service, increased sales, low absenteeism and turnover in addition to many other benefits. You and your coach will discuss challenges and concerns that affect your business and review the action plan that we co-create with you. In addition to the weekly sessions, your program includes interim email coaching and short coaching calls to help you sustain momentum. You can contact your coach when you most need support and guidance to ensure success.
All communication with your coach is confidential. Coaches support you and lead you where you want to go and won’t criticize your ideas or judge you. A coach is unbiased and objective, thus, you enjoy the freedom to brainstorm without fear or rejection or conflict from other top level managers.
Our partnership starts with an initial discovery meeting of approximately one to two hours. Together we will learn about your strengths and weaknesses, design the results you want and define how we will work together to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be. As we go forward, I will assist you in creating result oriented plans, uncover resources that enhance your leadership skills, and breakdown barriers to follow through and get outstanding results.
Coaching services includes 3-4 coaching sessions a month. Each coaching session is handled over the phone and lasts between 30-60 minutes. You will receive a personality assessment and results report and one self-development/success ebook for each month of your membership. You’ll also get the "Action Essentials" newsletter revealing strategies and tips for success in your business.
